Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager with extensive knowledge and expertise in handling SAP projects. The ideal candidate will lead our PMO in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems, project management methodologies, and excellent leadership skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Description

1. SAP Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans for SAP implementation, upgrades, or enhancements, considering project scope, timelines, resources, and budget constraints.
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to define project objectives, requirements, and priorities.
3. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to support SAP project activities, including project managers, business analysts, developers, and other team members.
4. Project Monitoring and Control: Implement robust project monitoring mechanisms to track progress, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
5. Quality Assurance: Define and enforce quality standards and best practices for SAP project implementation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.
6. Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate resistance, and drive user adoption of SAP solutions.
7. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to leverage their expertise, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
8. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key project metrics, milestones, and risks.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization within the PMO framework to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Team Development: Mentor and coach project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the PMO.

Additional Skills:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP projects, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
3. SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP CRM, etc., along with hands-on experience in SAP implementation, customization, and integration.
