Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions across multiple departments. The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying hiring needs to offering candidates, and will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage and execute the full recruitment life cycle, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for both technical and non-technical positions. Good Experience in SAP Recruitment , Head hunting.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to source qualified candidates. Leverage advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide recommendations to improve the process.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Skills:
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and other digital platforms.
