Job summary:

A UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience is responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs across digital platforms. The role combines a passion for user experience and interface design, focusing on optimizing the usability of websites, mobile apps, and other digital products. This position involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring design concepts to life while ensuring seamless user interactions.

Job Responsibilities:
As a UI Designer and UX Developer, you will bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how our applications look as well as how they work. Your comprehensive responsibilities will include:

• Crafting high-quality UI components, creating visually compelling design prototypes from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Enhancing user experience by creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Working closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to validate designs and improve the user experience.
• Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards while keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design.
